  • Meet Jeremy Leonard

    Founder & Co-Owner

    Jeremy Leonard, founder and co-owner of Ridgid Rock Concrete Construction, brings over a decade of hands on experience and dedication to the concrete industry.

    His journey began in 2011 in Southeast Alaska, where he started as a laborer for Sader Concrete Construction. Through hard work, determination, and a keen eye for detail, Jeremy quickly advanced to the role of concrete finisher. Over time, he stepped into leadership, eventually managing crews and overseeing projects throughout Southeast Alaska, from Ketchikan to Haines.

    In 2015, Jeremy returned to his home state of Washington, where he continued refining his craft as a union concrete finisher. During these years, he built a strong reputation for precision, reliability, and leadership on the job.

    After several years in the union, Jeremy envisioned something greater, building a company rooted in quality, integrity, and pride in craftsmanship. In 2018, he took a leap of faith and founded Ridgid Rock Concrete Construction.

    What began as a small operation has grown into a trusted and respected name in the industry. Jeremy remains actively involved in every project, working alongside his crew to ensure exceptional quality and bring each client’s vision to life. A perfectionist at heart, he takes immense pride in his work. Jeremy’s dedication, integrity, and commitment to excellence are the foundation on which Ridgid Rock was built.

  • Meet Levi Smith

    Co-Owner

    Levi Smith brings a wealth of hands on experience and leadership to Ridgid Rock Concrete Construction. Starting his journey in the trades in 2011, Levi began as a laborer with Wood & Son Dirtwork and Utilities. By 2012, he had joined Sader Concrete Construction in Southeast Alaska, where he first worked alongside now co-owner Jeremy.

    In 2014, Levi moved back to Washington to further his career with Pease Construction. Over the next decade, his dedication and drive propelled him through the ranks. He completed the carpenter apprenticeship program at Renton Technical College (2014–2018), earning his journeyman certification and laying the foundation for his future leadership roles.

    Levi was promoted to Foreman at Pease Construction in 2023, where he led notable projects such as the Sprinker Recreation Center, Tacoma Dome Station Elevator Modernization, and Melanie Dressel Park. In 2024, he rose to Superintendent, overseeing major developments including the South Puget Sound Aquarium, the Morton High/Middle School Remodel, and the Morton Middle/Elementary School Playground.

    In 2025, Levi took a bold step forward, embracing a long held vision of business ownership. He partnered with Jeremy to become co-owner of Ridgid Rock Concrete Construction, bringing his extensive field knowledge, proven leadership, and commitment to quality work into every project.

    Levi’s relentless work ethic, ability to lead and mentor teams, and broad industry experience make him an invaluable asset to the company and its clients.
